Terms of Service

AppCenta provides:

• • Software Development: Custom web applications, mobile apps, e-commerce solutions
• • UI/UX Design: User interface design, user experience optimization, prototyping
• • Branding Services: Logo design, brand identity, visual design systems
• • Specialized Solutions: WhatsApp integration, NFC technology, booking systems
• • Consultation: Technology strategy, digital transformation guidance
• • Maintenance & Support: Ongoing technical support and updates

You agree to:

• • Provide accurate project requirements and necessary materials
• • Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals
• • Make timely payments according to agreed schedules
• • Provide access to required systems, accounts, or platforms
• • Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality
• • Use our services only for lawful purposes
• • Communicate changes or concerns promptly

Payment Structure:

• • Project Deposit: 50% upfront payment before work begins
• • Milestone Payments: As defined in project agreement
• • Final Payment: Due upon project completion and delivery
• • Consultation: Hourly rate or fixed fee as agreed
• • Maintenance: Monthly or annual subscription as applicable

Payment Conditions:

• • Payments due within 15 days of invoice date
• • Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest charge
• • All prices quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• • Additional work requests require separate agreement and payment
• • Refunds considered on case-by-case basis before work begins

Client Ownership:

Upon full payment, you own:

• • Custom code developed specifically for your project
• • Original designs, graphics, and branding materials
• • Project-specific documentation and deliverables
• • Rights to use and modify the delivered solution

AppCenta Retains:

• • General methodologies, techniques, and know-how
• • Reusable code libraries and frameworks
• • Right to showcase work in portfolio (with client approval)
• • Proprietary tools and development processes

We Warrant:

• • Services will be performed with professional skill and care
• • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
• • We have necessary rights to provide agreed services
• • 90-day warranty against defects in workmanship from delivery date

Disclaimer:

• • No guarantee of specific business results or performance metrics
• • Third-party service compatibility not guaranteed
• • Client responsible for data backup and security measures
• • Technology landscape changes may affect long-term compatibility

Mutual Confidentiality:

• • Both parties agree to protect confidential information
• • Non-disclosure applies during and for 3 years after project completion
• • Confidential information limited to clearly marked or obviously sensitive data
• • Exceptions: publicly available information, independently developed, required by law

Team Access:

AppCenta team members and approved subcontractors may access project information as necessary for service delivery, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Termination Rights:

• • Either party may terminate with 15 days written notice
• • Immediate termination for material breach or non-payment
• • Client retains rights to completed work upon payment
• • Unpaid work-in-progress remains AppCenta property

Upon Termination:

• • Final invoice due within 15 days
• • Return or destruction of confidential information
• • Delivery of completed and paid-for deliverables
• • Survival of confidentiality, payment, and IP obligations

Business Registration:

AppCenta is registered as a business entity in Lebanon and complies with Lebanese commercial law, tax obligations, and professional standards.

Currency and Banking:

• • Payments processed through Lebanese banking system when applicable
• • Currency exchange rates determined at time of invoice
• • Compliance with Lebanese Central Bank regulations
